Your signature on our Order Acknowledgement indicates a conditional acceptance by Proformance Logo Products & Apparel of your offer to purchase our goods and your acceptance of our terms and conditions. It may contain terms that differ from or add to those contained in your purchase order.
All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed on our website or in any of our catalogs. In some cases, fewer quantities can be produced for an additional charge. Please consult a customer service representative or your account representative for further information.
Some non-apparel items will be delivered with as much as a 10% difference in quantity and will be billed accordingly.
$45 per hour for all creative services.
Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, on-line transactions require prepayment via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you wish to apply for credit, please contact us. For those customers who do not wish to or cannot establish credit with Proformance Logo Products, or use a credit card, we will require payment prior to manufacturing your order.
For drop shipments or split shipments add $5.00 per each additional address.
It is assumed by factory that artwork submitted for printing is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights.
Due to manufacturing improvements and dye lots, Proformance Logo Products may make slight changes to products shown in this catalog without notifying the customer. Changes made will not affect the quality of product. Pricing is also subject to change, all customers will be notified of the change prior to order placement.
Free samples are available in limited numbers for companies that are interested in seeing a product before purchasing. We reserve the right to refuse or limit the number of samples that have been requested. In limited situations, we may request that a sample be returned.
Proformance Logo Products & Apparel is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of North Carolina. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with their resale certificate or non profit certificate by fax to 866-468-8468.
Unless there has been a mistake by Proformance Logo Products & Apparel or one of it's suppliers, there are no refunds once your order is printed. If you have approved the artwork for your custom order, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for the charges you have authorized. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of Proformance Logo Products & Apparel.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization and a return number issued by Proformance Logo Products. To cancel an order before production requires a $25.00 cancellation fee. To cancel during production, order will be billed for cost of labor and materials, in addition to cancellation fee. All cancellations must be authorized by Proformance Logo Products & Apparel.
Proformance Logo Products & Apparel makes every attempt to provide current and accurate information on our website. Nevertheless, errors and misprints may occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for goods or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where we otherwise displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. Proformance Logo Products & Apparel is not obligated to sell products or services based on errors or misprints on our website.
